                诚邀参加北京理工大学“走进北理”论坛季

                一、论坛季介十月无月绍

                北京理工大学“走进北理”论坛季旨在为海内外青年】学者搭建一个思想碰撞和学术交流的平台。围绕“世界对显出一流大学”的建设目标,聚焦国际学术╳前沿,面向海内外汇聚一批获得较高学术成果、具有较裤袋好创新发展潜力的优秀青年人才,通过学术报告你和深度研讨,开拓视野,推进学科交叉与学术创新;并借助♂论坛平台,增进海内外青年学者对北京理工大学的了解。“走进北理”目前已成为北京理工大学聚你怎么会在这里贤纳才的重要平台。

                二、报名条件(国籍不限,符合以下条件之⊙一者)

                (1)年龄不我们是一家人啊超过40岁:在国共计四十个内外知名大学获得博士学位,目〓前在海外知名高校、科研他反而露出了些许放得开机构或者知名企业研发机构从事科研工作连续2年以上者;或即将取得海外知名高校博士学位,且学术业绩突出、具有这次御座是真较大发展潜力的优秀青年学者。

                (2)海外高层次人才引进计划无奈青年项目获得者、长江学者奖励计划青年项目获得者、青年拔尖人才入选者和国家优青获得者或具有相舞风云当水平的优秀青年学者。

                三、论坛季日程安排

                为广泛邀请●海外青年学者来校交流,满足学者们对时间的不同要求眼神平静,本次论坛季主要安实在吐不出来排如下:

                五、差旅及住宿

                “走进北理”论坛季期却有一个制约间学校全额报销往返差旅费(含机票、住宿、用餐等),实报实销。

                The “welcome to BIT” Season for International Young Scholars is held in 2020 by Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) in Haidian District, Beijing, China. The purpose of the forum season is to promote scientific exchange among researchers, scientists, and engineers in related fields and enhance cooperation. “welcome to BIT” Season becomes an important platform for recruiting talents.

                Application Conditions

                If you, regardless of nationality, can meet any single point of following requirements, then apply now!

                No more than 40, Hold a doctoral degree obtained from a world-renowned university, Have an overseas work experience of 2 years or above in well-known universities, scientific research institutions or R&D institutions of well-known enterprises abroad or young scholars who are about to obtain doctoral degree from overseas well-known universities with outstanding academic performance and great development potential

                Selected in Overseas High-level Talent Introduction Program for young scholars, or the Yangtze River Scholars Award Scheme for young scholars, or the Young Top-notch Talent Candidates, or supported by the National Natural Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars, or outstanding young scholars with considerable level.

                About BIT

                Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT), the first science and engineering university was founded in Yan’an by the Communist Party of China. It has been one of the key universities in China since the founding of New China and the first batch of universities which has entered the national “211 Project”, “985 Project” and the “Top A World-class University”. Engineering, material science, chemistry, physics, mathematics, computer science and social sciences ranked in the top 1% of ESI international disciplines, among which engineering ranked in the top 1‰.

                BIT has always formulated its strategies in light of national strategic needs and global developments in science and technology and education, and in accordance with its own strengths and missions. These strategies include: consolidating its strengths in mechanical and vehicle engineering and automation; leveraging its advantages and distinctive programmes in IT-related disciplines; and developing new strengths in aerospace engineering. In recent years, combined with traditional advantages and long-term development needs, BIT has formed the overall construction layout of “leading advantageous engineering, promoting the integration of characteristic science, assisting linkage of fine liberal arts and interacting frontier cross-innovation”. BIT now has more than 3,400 staff, including 23 academicians, more than 200 high-level talents, 6 state level teaching groups, 4 innovative teams of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and 10 innovative teams of the Chang Jiang Scholars Program. BIT has 9 state level cooperative innovation centers, state level laboratories and 6 state level research centers. BIT comprises 28,000 full-time students. Students of BIT have won 15” top 10 works” in 9 consecutive annual conference on innovation and entrepreneurship of college students, ranked 1st of the Chinese universities.

                During the 12th five year plan, BIT had input about 10 billion yuan for the technologic development and received 23 national science and technology awards, ranked 15th in the organizing award, 3th in the national science and technology special award, 1st in the defense science and technology award of the Chinese universities.

                In recent years, BIT attaches great importance to talents recruitment and development, comprehensively deepens the implementation of the strategy of "strengthening schools with talents", carries out the “Green Channel for Talents” to provide excellent conditions and has founded the Advanced Research Institute of Multi-disciplinary Science to promote interdisciplinary research development and talents introduction to a large extent. Currently, BIT has established inter-university collaboration with more than 270 renowned universities in 74 countries and regions on six continents and student exchange program with more than 50 partner universities. BIT is building an international university, and has created a global network for exchange and cooperation.
